These terms govern your use of Flosy. By using the app, you agree to them.

The app

Flosy helps you track expenses, set budgets, plan recurring items, and save toward goals. It is a tool for organizing your own information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your own.

AI assistant

The AI assistant generates answers automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Treat its replies as general information, not professional advice, and verify anything important.

Subscriptions (Flosy Pro)

• Flosy offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock features such as receipt scanning, detailed reports, per-category budgets, custom categories, export, and the AI assistant.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewal.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• Keep access to your device and Apple ID secure.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.

Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its content or the AI assistant.

الشروط دي بتنظّم استخدامك لفلوسي. باستخدامك للتطبيق، إنت موافق عليها.

التطبيق

فلوسي بيساعدك تسجّل مصاريفك، تحدد ميزانية، تخطط للمصاريف المتكررة، وتوفّر لأهدافك. هو أداة لتنظيم معلوماتك إنت. وهو مش بيقدّم نصايح مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية. القرارات اللي بتاخدها بناءً على التطبيق مسؤوليتك إنت.

المساعد الذكي

المساعد الذكي بيطلّع إجابات تلقائياً وممكن تكون ناقصة أو غلط. اعتبر ردوده معلومات عامة مش نصيحة احترافية، وتأكد من أي حاجة مهمة بنفسك.

الاشتراكات (Flosy Pro)

• فلوسي بيوفّر اشتراكات Pro اختيارية (شهري وسنوي) وشراء لمرة واحدة مدى الحياة، بيفتحوا مزايا زي تصوير الفواتير، التقارير التفصيلية، ميزانيات لكل فئة، فئات مخصصة، التصدير، والمساعد الذكي.
• المبلغ بيتخصم من حساب Apple بتاعك عند تأكيد الشراء.
• الاشتراك الشهري والسنوي بيتجدد تلقائياً إلا لو ألغيته قبل نهاية المدة الحالية بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل. بيتخصم تجديد حسابك خلال ٢٤ ساعة قبل نهاية المدة.
• تقدر تدير أو تلغي اشتراكك من إعدادات حساب Apple بعد الشراء.
• شراء "مدى الحياة" دفعة واحدة من غير تجديد.

مسؤولياتك

• إنت مسؤول عن دقة البيانات اللي بتدخّلها.
• حافظ على أمان جهازك وحساب Apple بتاعك.
• متسيئش استخدام التطبيق أو خدماته ومتحاولش تعدّل عليه أو تعطّله.

التوفّر والتغييرات

التطبيق متقدّم "كما هو" من غير ضمانات. ممكن نحدّث أو نغيّر أو نوقف مزايا، وممكن نحدّث الشروط دي؛ واستمرارك في الاستخدام معناه إنك موافق على التغييرات.

حدود المسؤولية

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، إحنا مش مسؤولين عن أي خسارة ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق، بما في ذلك القرارات المبنية على محتواه أو على المساعد الذكي.
